Single glue pot unit

Single glue pot unit, suitable for single variety edge sealing or medium-sized factories.The glue pot can be equipped with PUR gluing system.（optional）

End trimming unit

Precision linear guide structure, can cut the end of the minimum 4cm plate. Two 0.37kw motors, frequency 200hz, speed: 12000rpm. Equipped with motor manual rotation device for Angle adjustment for cutting out excess front and rear end film. Automatic tracking by mold and high frequency electrode fast cutting mechanism to ensure smooth cutting surface.

Rough trimming and Fine trimming

Rough / Fine trimming mechanism used for repairing the excess edge materials, adopt automatic tracking and high-frequency motor fast cutting structure to ensure the trimming plates smoothly.

Profiling unit

UNISUNX patented technology, high precision copying to ensure the finished product effect; Can repair both sides of the fillet, double motors to repair the Angle copying, each motor power 0.3kw, frequency 200hz, speed 12000rpm; Planar connecting rod mechanism, two copy milling cutter, make the end face of the plate more smooth and beautiful; Can also track the repair edge, according to the needs of the repair of different shapes of the edge.

Scraping unit

The scraping mechanism used for removing the tool marks left by trimming and cutting process, to ensure the trimming plates smoothly.

Buffing unit

Electric drive polishing swing, the effect is more stable and efficient. Two groups of polishing effect is better, can be competent for different colors of polishing work.

Electrical equipment

Input voltage 3~380v, 50hz. With motor braking function of independent inverter control, phase sequence protection device.
